Sparks collaborates with Florida State Univeristy professors Natalie Sherer & Valerie Trujillo to present the first songSLAM in Florida!

The Tally songSLAM is a unique opportunity for up to 12 composer/performer teams to premiere new art songs and compete for cash prizes. Each team presents a new song of 5 minutes or less for voice and piano in any language. The voting audience then, in the poetry slam tradition, votes on their favorites and prizes are awarded to the first, second, and third prize winners.

REGISTRATION OPENS Decmeber 1st at 6pm Eastern Time HERE. Registration is first come, first served! Those teams who do not register in time to be included will have their registration fee returned to them. 

The first twelve teams to register will participate in the Tally songSLAM on 

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3rd at 6 pm at Proof Brewing Company!
